• Coverage: 3-month replacement warranty for defects in materials and workmanship; 5-year structural warranty; 15-year factory warranty for porcelain stone components.
• Appliances, taps & sinks: Covered by the manufacturer’s third‑party warranty — details available on request.
• What we’ll do: Repair or replace defective parts (at Quadro’s discretion). Labour, removal/re-installation, freight and incidental costs are not included unless required by law.
• Exclusions: Damage from incorrect installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications, normal wear and tear, consumables, transport or weather damage, and unsuitable cleaning agents.
• Additional info: This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Claims procedure
1. Notify Quadro promptly after a defect becomes apparent by contacting our warranty team at support@quadroconcepts.com ; Include proof of purchase, product model/serial number (where applicable), a full description of the defect, and clear photographs or video. Quadro may require the product to be registered for processing in some cases.
2. Quadro reserves the right to request additional evidence and to inspect the product, either in situ or following return of the item to an authorised location, before deciding the claim.
3. If Quadro accepts a claim, Quadro will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part, or provide a refund where the ACL requires it. Quadro may use reconditioned or equivalent replacement parts.
4. Unless otherwise required by law, Quadro’s benefits under this warranty are limited to parts repair or replacement; costs such as labour, removal, reinstallation, freight, travel, and any other incidental or consequential losses are excluded. Quadro will advise whether any costs will be covered before work commences.

Where can I buy Quadro products?
In general, Quadro is only sold through commercial retailers and trade professionals such as developers, builders and landscape architects. Contact us and we will put you in touch with one of our distribution partners.
Does porcelain contain the artificial silica that causes silicosis?
No. The porcelain used is all natural and contains less than 5% of natural silica. It is produced from clay using heat and pressure, and can therefore be fully recycled.
Where are Quadro products made?
Most of the manufacturing process occurs in Melbourne, Australia. The components are generally imported with some steel fabrication happening in Melbourne. Porcelain cutting, finishing and application as well as parts assembly happens in Melbourne to guarantee quality and availability of spare parts.
Can I book an installation?
Yes. Quadro has experienced installation teams in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland. In addition, Quadro has access to reliable contractors in the other states.
What is the order lead time?
The lead time for commercial orders of VIVO products is 4 weeks, and 6 weeks for GALA products.
